Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign  your registration to another person, please notify the Treasurer in writing  (nzshcd2024@gmail.com). If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note the policy below:

• Before Monday 24 June a full refund of conference fees will be refunded
• From Monday 24 June to Monday 9 July will incur a $200 cancellation fee on registration fees
• From Tuesday 10 July there will be no refund of registration fees, except at the discretion of the NZSHCD
• Additional dinner tickets cancelled from Monday 8 July will not be refunded
• Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the conference

Accommodation cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees based on individual hotel policies
